Even if your site only embeds videos (for example, from Xvideos, Pornhub, or similar platforms), these tools are still required for the CMS to perform automation, video grabbing, and thumbnail generation correctly.

🔧 Web Hosting Hardware Requirements

Your hardware setup will depend on how you plan to use Tubes Booster.

There are two main configurations:

🔹 Embed-Only Mode (no local encoding)

If you plan to embed videos from external sources and do not process or encode your own videos:

  • CPU: 2–4 cores

  • RAM: 4–8 GB

  • Storage: SSD, minimum 100 GB (depending on thumbnails and cache size)

  • Bandwidth: 1 Gbps recommended

This configuration is suitable for most sites that use external video embeds.

🔸 Video Hosting & Encoding Mode

If you plan to host and encode your own videos directly on the server:

  • CPU: Minimum 4-core, recommended 8-core

  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB, recommended 32 GB

  • Storage: 1 TB SSD or more

  • Bandwidth: 1 Gbps or higher (especially for high-resolution content)

This setup ensures fast video encoding, stable background processing, and reliable delivery of HD/4K video content.

💡 Tip for New Users

If you’re not sure which setup to choose, start with the embed-only mode to test the system. You can always upgrade your hosting later to enable full video encoding.
