How to Use Video Grabber
How to import videos from source sites (YouTube, Pornhub, XVIDEOS, XHAMSTER)

Video Grabber is used for automatic video imports from external sources directly into your tube site. Set it up once and Tubes Booster will keep pulling new videos according to your rules.
1. Source
Choose where the videos will be grabbed from:
- YouTube – youtube.com
- Pornhub – pornhub.com
- XVIDEOS – xvideos.com
- XHAMSTER – xhamster.com
2. Grabber description
An internal name / description for you. Site visitors don't see it – it only helps you navigate your grabber list (e.g. "YouTube – fitness channels", "PH – top weekly").
3. Type: Embed or Download
How the video is stored on your site:
- Embed – only the link / embed code is saved. The video plays from the source server. Fast, no hosting requirements.
- Download – the video is downloaded to your server and you host it yourself. Full control, but you need storage and bandwidth.
💡 Tip: For starters, we recommend Embed – it takes no space and videos appear instantly.
4. Status: Online / Offline
The state in which grabbed videos will be saved:
- Online – the video is active / playable on your site immediately.
- Offline – the video is saved but disabled (doesn't play, not shown to visitors). Useful if you want to review videos before publishing.
5. Type: Public / Private / Premium
Who will see the grabbed videos on your site:
- Public – seen by all visitors.
- Private – seen only by a specific segment of visitors that you, as the admin, have marked as private (e.g. testers, selected users, internal accounts).
- Premium – seen only by paying users (after purchasing a subscription / access).
⚠️ Note: The Private feature is currently experimental and will be fully deployed in the next update. For now we recommend using Public or Premium.

6. Duplicated videos
What to do when the grabber encounters a video that's already in your database:
- Do not grab – skip it, don't save it twice. Saves space and avoids duplicates.
- Grab all – save duplicates as well (e.g. if you want to keep versions from multiple sources).
By default, keep it on Do not grab unless you have a specific reason not to.
7. Data – what to import from the source
Check which data points about the video you want to pull:
- Title – video title
- Description – description as published on the source
- AI Description – description rewritten / generated via AI (unique content, great for SEO)
- Rating – video rating
- Views – view count
- Models – featured models / performers
- Date added – publish date
- Channel – channel / uploader
- Categories – categories
- Tags – tags / keywords
💡 SEO tip: enable AI Description instead of (or alongside) the regular Description. Original content carries more weight with Google than copied text.
Check which data points about the video you want to pull:

8. Limits and depth
- Title limit – maximum number of characters for the title. If the source title is longer, it gets trimmed.
- Description limit – same, but for the description.
- List pages depth – how many pagination pages the grabber goes through in a single run. 1 = first page only (latest videos), 5 = first 5 pages, etc.
Higher depth = more videos per run, but longer execution and heavier load. For daily runs, 1–2 is enough.

9. Actions
- Save – saves the grabber and activates it.
- Delete – deletes the entire grabber (irreversible, be careful).
- Cancel – closes the modal without saving changes.

10. How to use the grabber
Once your grabber is set up, using it is simple:
1. Find your grabber in the list of grabbers.
2. Click Add source on the right side of the row.
3. A Source field will appear – paste the URL (or multiple URLs, one per line) of the videos you want to import.
4. Click Submit.
The grabber will then start importing videos based on the URLs you provided.
For Pornhub, XHAMSTER and XVIDEOS, the grabber supports multi-download. This means you can paste a URL pointing directly to:
- A channel – the grabber will download all videos from that channel.
Just paste the URL of the category or channel into the Source field and click Submit – the grabber will handle the rest, automatically pulling every video available.
💡 Tip: This is the fastest way to fill your tube site with content. Pick a few relevant categories or channels, add them as sources, and let the grabber do the work.
YouTube
For YouTube, paste individual video URLs (one per line) into the Source field – the grabber will download each video on the list.
